Operations Manager (B2B)

As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as an Operations Manager (B2B). This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of our business processes and driving operational excellence. We are looking for a highly organized and resourceful Operations Manager to oversee stock management, logistics, and training coordination across our outlets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will work closely with the Sales team to monitor and track stock levels across all outlets, ensuring that stock requirements are identified and managed in a timely manner. The role will also involve liaising with the Warehouse team to coordinate stock replenishment and ensure timely delivery to the outlets.

The successful candidate will work closely with our third-party partner company to plan and schedule training sessions for newly sourced outlets, including coordinating trainers’ visits to Singapore. They will also liaise with the HR department to ensure that the necessary work passes are properly processed for trainers visiting Singapore.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for providing regular updates and reports on stock movements, replenishment schedules, and training activities. The role also requires the ability to identify and resolve logistical or operational issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
