Since 2012, we’ve grown from a home kitchen to a trusted brand beloved by Singapore’s pet parents. Now, we’re looking for smart, curious interns ready to help us take our operations to the next level.

The Role: Operations Intern

This isn’t a “just observe and take notes” internship. As our Operations Intern, you’ll take ownership of real challenges in our supply chain, kitchen, and fulfillment processes. You’ll work closely with our fractional CFO/COO (ex-McKinsey) to rethink how we run—and help us work smarter, not just harder.

What You’ll Do:

Design and implement tracking systems to monitor key performance metrics like order accuracy, wastage, and turnaround times

Spot bottlenecks or inefficiencies in our operations and propose scalable solutions

Own small transformation projects, from inventory improvements to vendor workflows

Standardize and document SOPs to support smoother operations across teams

Analyze operational data and share insights that inform decisions

Support seasonal readiness planning for major events like CNY and Christmas

Work cross-functionally with kitchen, logistics, and customer experience teams

What We’re Looking For

This internship is designed for business-minded students who want to gain real experience solving real business problems in a values-driven company.

You should be:

A student in business, operations, supply chain, or a related field

A natural problem-solver who’s self-driven and comfortable working independently

Curious, thoughtful, and eager to improve how things work

Skilled in basic data analysis (Excel or Google Sheets)

Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Aligned with our values—especially a love for dogs and a bias for doing things right

Type: Full-time (flexible start date and schedule for students)

Duration: 3 months

Compensation: Paid internship

Location: On-site at our Geylang Road HQ

Reporting to: Sarah Alphonso, Fractional CFO/COO/CTO
