We provide accessible e-bike financing, flexible leasing, and rider support services, helping riders get on the road quickly, earn more consistently, and move towards long-term stability.
Role Overview
As an Operations Intern, you’ll be an integral part of our small, dynamic team, working directly with the founders. This role offers hands-on exposure to daily operations, customer engagement, and process improvement. You’ll not only support key functions but also have the opportunity to propose and execute innovative ideas, taking ownership of projects that drive meaningful impact and contribute to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Record Keeping:
Tag bank inflows, resolve unknown payments, manage customer debt, follow up on outstanding payments, and track who has paid and who hasn't.
2. Sales Operations & Customer Support:
Assist with customer appeals, onboarding and offboarding by processing contracts and internal forms.
3. Business Development:
Assist in identifying new sales opportunities, supporting revenue-generating business initiatives, and proposing and testing marketing campaigns to drive customer growth.
4. Process Analysis:
Identify inefficiencies in workflows, especially in data accuracy, asset tracking, and payment handling.
5. Propose Solutions:
Develop and suggest improvements to enhance operations and streamline processes.
6. Execute Innovations:
Implement and test proposed solutions, taking ownership of the outcomes.
