This position reports to the Operations Manager. Internally, this role interfaces with Logistics and Tech teams. Externally, this role interacts with sellers, buyers and enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities
1. Be the controller of order operations to ensure every step taken is of utmost efficiency especially with the help of Eezee technology
2. Uphold and ensure customer service standards in response to enquiries to meet daily targets
3. Account manage Enterprise client accounts with regards to sourcing, quotations, fulfilment.
4. Ensure accurate Operations reports on enquiry tracking, closure rates, customer retention and customer satisfaction
5. Participate in monthly Kaizen meetings and implement Operations performance improvement projects for Eezee
6. Be an ambassador and train the other team members on proper steps to fulfil Eezee’s service promise
