Job description for Operations Executive (Voucher) at FoodLine

We are looking for Operations Executive (Voucher) who will help build on our growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers to finalise voucher orders, confirming details such as pickup time, location and delivery information.
- Prepare vouchers according to the quantity and type, packaging them in Smartpac or Polymailer.
- Verify the accuracy of the information before mailing the parcel. Dispatch the vouchers adhering to Singpost's daily cutoff time.
- Address and respond to customer enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain an adequate supply of vouchers (as well as other required materials) in good condition
Requirements:
- Computer and internet-savvy housewife
- Working days: Mondays to Fridays (Flexible timing as long as vouchers are mailed out before Singpost's cutoff time)
- Able to commit to self-collection at a location near you, with a cutoff time at 6pm
- Able to work from home, possess own laptop/PC with good internet access
Benefits:

Salary daily rate : $35/per day
