• Provision of technical assistance and support for existing and onsite customers.
• Providing guidance and advice for the duration of a project.
• Complete and document on individual jobs upon completion
• Develop cognitive and highly functional qualitative modifications and system
changes
• Determining project parameters, timelines and deliverables.
• Creating user and training documentation.
• Building and maintaining an expert knowledge of technology solutions.
• Provide input, review and revaluate to enhance customer service experience and
procedures, in both digital and physical settings.
