We are looking for an Operations Manager with excellent foresight and the ability to lead daily operations smoothly. He/she should be quick-witted and knowledgeable to solve issues. He/she should also possess initiative to follow-up and report to stakeholders with a proper presentation.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): coordination, monitoring, operations, technical, management
- Preferably Manager specialized in Others/Category not available or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
Current operational activities by reports as specified by the Employer
Contents of all correspondence concerning operations, technical and administration of the company.
Investigation and handling of customers’ rejections, service problems, and complaints.
Speedy follow-up of all inquiries received from the Employer.
Overseeing of technical issues
Requirements:
Min. Diploma/Degree or relevant experience.
At least 2 years’ proven experience as an Operations Manager
Strong leadership and foresight
Good technical background, with high level of understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT etc
Ability to resolve issues and conflicts quickly
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
