Job description for Operations Analyst - Transport Operations at Swoop Pte. Ltd.
About the role
We are looking for an Operations Analyst - Transport Operations to ensure the smooth operations of Swoop businesses in Jabodetabek and create the best quality of service to our customers. The Operations Analyst - Transport Operations will manage day to day operations, conduct data analysis to identify demand and supply opportunities, manage projects based on targeted growth areas, and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
What you will do
As a Operations Analyst - Transport Operations, you will:
- Ensure smooth day to day operations of Swoop services and be able to communicate across customers, clients, Swoop Captains and other stakeholders (Internal/ External) to meet business and operational targets
- Hit the ground to deeply understand how our customers, clients, Swoop Captains and other stakeholders experience Swoop’s services, address their pain points and create a delightful experience
- Manage service supply and customer demand in order to meet growth targets
- Data analysis (Qualitative/ Quantitative) of the performance of different business initiatives and products
- Operational and business performance tracking, including operational data collection, monitoring and identifying key insights and issues, and devising strategies to enhance performance
- Monitor key operational metrics and advise relevant managers on action items
- Manage the daily operations and troubleshoot operational activities and issues such as bookings, trips, cancellations, allocations, etc.
What you must have
- You must have the agility, courage, hunger and growth mentality to make a significant difference
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business, or other related fields
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in consulting, operations management, logistics, or start-up/tech industry. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Experience in transport, ride-hailing and logistics industry will be advantageous
- Good practical understanding of concepts of supply and demand planning
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem solving skills with attention to details and leveraging tools and methodologies
- Highly adaptable, quick learning agility and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to analyse operational data, identify insights/ issues, generate creative solutions to resolve issues and implement solutions effectively
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in spoken and written English
