Job Description:
- Be responsible for the onboarding process and quality of uploaded content and other related procedures to ensure marketplace processes are run smoothly, in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends.
- Creating annual budgeting plan and monitoring the performance achievement
- Ability to deliver corporate goals & execute company objectives with stakeholders (management,teams, employees, etc.)
- Excellent leadership skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a similar business field is preferred
Requirement:
- A bachelor's degree in legal, business administration, or a closely related field is required.
- CRM and technology savvy. Expert in the use of digital tools and technologies to explore creative ideas and new ways of displaying ideas and research.
- Must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in digital media and event organizer
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills as well as the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
