Job description
Pesponsibilities
• Responsible for daily operation of organization.
• Handle telephone calls and correspondences from customers.
• Disseminate information both internally and to targeted group of customers/prospects.
• Managing the procurement of all materials and office supplies.
• Handles billing administration and payment collection.
• Perform reception duties.
• Manage the cleaner to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the Centre is maintained.
• Regular event management.
• Embark on innovative projects to engage our inhouse and potential customers for a WOW customer service experience.
• Undertaking any other ad hoc duties as required.
• Working location will be between our Goldhill and EastGate branch.
• Working hours will be 4 weekdays and 1 weekend.
Monday to Friday: 1.30PM – 9.30PM
Saturday, Sunday: 8.45AM – 6.45PM
During the school holidays (Mar, June, Sep, Nov) we will start the lessons from morning and our operation will have to start in the morning till night-time.
As such, our operation team will have shift work during these peak period (they might work more hours but we will have off-in lieu for them during our low period in December and this is also where most of the staffs will be clearing their leave.)
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma and above
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Mandarin (spoken)
• Candidate who is cheerful and outgoing.
• Candidate who is dedicated, not afraid to hustle, with the can-do attitude.
• Candidate who is self-driven, meticulous, proactive and resourceful with problem solving skills.
• Candidate who is mature, responsible and takes pride in his/her work.
• Candidate who is looking for high exposure to different aspects of the profession.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office a must.
• Candidate who is tech savvy will be an advantage.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience.
