Job description for Operation Manager at PT Sosial Bisnis Indonesia
- Responsible for supervising Relationship Management, Sales and Marketing, and Forest Planning and Operation team.
- Directing Relationship Management team in maintaining relationship with partners regarding sustainable forest management.
- Directing Sales Marketing team in developing and executing strategies to achieve sales target.
- Directing Forest Planning and Operation team to ensure all branch operations are carried out properly and in accordance with applicable principles, policies and procedures.
- Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices.
- Preparing regular reports for management.
- Min. Bachelor’s degree with relevant background, including but not limited to Management and Forestry
- At least 1 year of related experience required.
- Experienced in managing a team.
- Knowledge in relationship, sales marketing, forest management and branch operation.
- Knowledge of the principles and techniques of administrative management; including, organization, planning, staffing, training, budgeting, and reporting.
- Strong ability in managing people, attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Good communication, confidence, time management skills with an ability to plan, prioritize and meet strict deadlines.
