Job description for Operation Manager at Bizhare
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Business Management, Sales, Finance, or any other related field
- Have a strong background in operation with minimum 5 years working experience as a Leader related to Sales, Operation in corporates or startup/fintech companies
- Have a working experience in capital markets, investment banking industry and management consulting is a plus
- Enthusiastic, Passionate, Detail, Customer-oriented and have a very good administrative skills,
Responsibility:
- Create Operational workflow, OKR/KPI, SOP and implement operational excellence in the company, especially on the Operation Division.
- Monitor all operational team and empower them to achieve their OKR/KPI
- Lead Operations team including Supervisor, Investor relation, Support relation and community
- Maximize Bizhare’s open investment opportunities using direct sales and community via offline and online channel, together with the marketing team
- Onboard and educate investors from register to purchase and become active investors, from retail investors to institutional investors
- Handle Complaints and Maintain customer satisfaction via support relation on day to day basis
- Build community of investors to maximize number of active investors all across Indonesia
- Handling Investors’ administration task for submission to Bank Custody and KSEI, in close cooperation with Legal team
- Initiate or Lead Offline/Online event initiative together with Marketing team to attract investors and convert them into active investors.
