Job Scope
Resolve request, issues and handle customer inquiries.
Proactively coordinate with sales team on communicating on customer requirements
Achieve 90% on time delivery for customer requests
Monitor the accounts receivable and inventory level by following up with customers and sales team to ensure on-time payment.
Update and maintain accurate records on customers' status
Properly identify the right communication method based on the sense of urgency and issue (phone, online chat, text messages, email)
Providing on job training
Requirement
Minimal prior experience welcomed
6 days off per month
Ability to converse in both Chinese & English is preffered
Proactive and always seeking new ways to improve yourself and your role
