Offline Commercial Officer
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the retail fashion industry (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome).
- Proactive communication skills
- Familiar with operating Shopify/Plugo and basic Microsoft Office.
- Strong natural leadership to coordinate a small team (Sales Assistants).
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and a good problem solver under pressure.
Jobdesc :
- Manage and update product listings, stock, and orders on website platforms (Plugo/Shopify)
- Support and monitor daily sales activities in 3 stores to achieve monthly targets.
- Supervise 6 Sales Assistants to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organize product displays (Visual Merchandising) based on brand guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of brand events (onsite/offsite) to attract new customers.
- Maintain good communication with mall management, vendors, and branch partners.
- Willing to travel for store visits and work on weekends during events or high-traffic seasons.
