Job description for Office Accounting at Pt Studio Artalenta Indonesia
- Process months and years process, accounts payable/receivable,cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance, analys, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed assets activity,debt activity ect..
- Monitor and analyse accounting data and procedure financial reports or statements from project administration
- Establish and enforce accounting methods, policies and principles.
- Provide recommendations
- Improve system and procedures and initiate correction actions.
- Assign projects and direct team to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Meet financial objectives.
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transaction.
- Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.
- Analyse financial information and summarise financial status.
- · Review and recommend modifications to accounting system and procedures.
- Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process.
- Provide input into department’s goal setting process.
- Prepare financial statements and procedure budget according to schedule.
- Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
- Support month-end and year-end close process.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department..
- Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
- Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
- Reconcile account in a timely manner.
- Daily enter data of financial transactions in database.
- Provide assistance and support to company personnel.
- Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancie.
- Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas.
- Function in according with established standards, procedures and applicable laws.
- Constantly update job knowledge.
- Present financial information and analysis to help senior management make better business decisions.
- Explain the financial aspects of invenstment, operations and projects to non-financial managers.
- Direct basic accounting procedures such as preparing sheets or income statements.
- Analyze key financial data to evaluate the company’s performance.
- Make forecasts to assists business planning and anticipate trends and changes.
- Prepare budgets and monitor costs and expenditure.
- Conduct risk assesmnet and advise on ways to minimize risk.
- Advice on problems and ways to improve profitability.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Provide technical support and advice on management.
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transaction.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits.
- Set up and oversee financial system and procedures (bookkeeping, internal control ect.)
