Job description for No Code Developer at Design Shifu
Key Responsibilities
- Build and customize websites in WordPress (page builders such as Elementor, Divi, or Bricks) and Webflow, based on approved designs.
- Translate Figma or other design files into pixel-accurate, responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Set up and manage Webflow CMS collections and WordPress custom post types for dynamic content (blogs, portfolios, listings, etc.).
- Configure and connect third-party tools and integrations — forms, booking systems, CRMs, email marketing, Zapier/Make automations.
- Set up sites so non-technical clients can safely edit content without breaking the design.
- Apply on-page SEO fundamentals (meta tags, alt text, clean URL structure) and optimize for page speed.
- Test sites across browsers and devices before launch, and troubleshoot issues that come up after launch or following updates.
- Communicate with project managers or clients to clarify requirements, scope, and timelines.
- Keep sites maintained — plugin/platform updates, backups, and basic security hygiene.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience building websites with WordPress and Webflow.
- Comfortable to communicate in English.
- Willing to work in office placement Yogyakarta site.
- Solid experience with at least one major WordPress page builder (Elementor, Divi, Bricks, or similar).
- Practical experience with Webflow's CMS, interactions/animations, and responsive design controls.
- Comfortable with basic HTML/CSS for fine-tuning what the no-code tools can't handle natively.
- Experience integrating forms, automations, or third-party APIs into a no-code build (Zapier, Make, or similar).
- Understanding of on-page SEO basics and website performance optimization.
- Strong attention to detail when matching designs and testing across devices.
- Good communication skills — able to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
Someone who takes ownership of a build from start to finish, asks good questions when requirements are unclear, and knows when a no-code tool is the right fit versus when a project needs custom code. A portfolio of live sites you've built is a big plus.
