A Creative Producer (CP) is a person who has the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a creative project/campaign
The day-to-day activities:
● Understand creative briefs and job scope required, identify missing info / unclear statements and instructions within the brief.
● Evaluate estimated hours required for every creative project.
● Forecast workflow, assess future needs and identify resources to align with needs.
● Develop project timeline by including a clear communication of overall campaign milestones, ensure all team members and stakeholders adhere / align to the timeline for overall project completion.
● Proactively communicate project status in a clear and timely manner to creative team members and other key stakeholders as needed.
● Monitor progress of creative projects, from briefing to execution, ensure that all approvals are obtained and deadlines are met.
● Anticipate project risks and/or dependencies and help to deliver correct creative assets on time.
● Plan, manage, and communicate internal and external workflows, ensuring an effective exchange of information across all team members / stakeholders.
● Lead, coordinate and manage the operational and administrative components of creative projects.
● Coordinate job progress with 3rd party vendors so that all materials (hi-res images, stock images, illustrations etc) arrive before the final deadlines.
● Help facilitate print productions or bigger film productions.
Housekeeping and Administration Tasks
● Review daily work schedules with creative / creative leads.
● Responsible for publishing a weekly “Work in Progress” status report and updating Creative Team, Creative Leads and Head of Creative Producer. Foresight resources required. Keep close communication with other CPs to keep track of what creatives are doing across teams to better plan resources and ensure balance workload across.
● Conduct regular housekeeping of jobs and follow up with stakeholders on any long pending job.
● Process and coordinate the hiring of freelancers with POPs, IT and Finance.
● Keep track of the creative budget and process all creative related spending.
● Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
● Ability to multitask and prioritise a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment.

● Able to strike a balance between being strict and flexible on SOP while managing projects.
