Job description for Network Operation Center (NOC) at Pt. Cemerlang Multimedia

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma (D3) in a related field (e.g., IT, Computer Science, or equivalent)
Maximum age of 30 years old
At least 1 years of relevant work experience
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including WAN/LAN, internet systems, and email services
Proficient in networking and routing concepts such as TCP/IP, with hands-on experience using routers (e.g., Cisco, Mikrotik, etc.)
Strong troubleshooting skills with a systematic approach to resolving hardware, software, and network issues
Familiar with operating systems including Windows Server, Windows Desktop, and Linux
Basic knowledge of programming and database management
Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic

Job Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain network performance to ensure system availability and reliability
Provide remote technical support and handle troubleshooting for network-related issues
