Job description for Mystery Shopper at Beacon Consulting

Job Requirement

Committed throughout the duration of the project
Proficient in Spoken & Written English
Has an eye for detail and sharp observation skills
Comfortable with playing out scenarios during mystery shop
Must have excellent critical thinking skills to handle different possible scenarios on the spot
Possess a positive work attitude and enjoys report writing
Shopper must be comfortable with making purchases for some of the audits (which will be reimbursed later)
Shopper must be able to conduct audit during working hours where necessary
