Future Ready Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced Music & Drama Curriculum Developer to lead the development and implementation of engaging music and drama learning programs.
Location: in and around Jakarta (Tangerang, Bekasi, Depok)
Responsibilities
- Design and develop music and drama curriculum, syllabus, lesson plans, and learning materials.
- Create and develop assessments aligned with learning objectives
- Train and support the Curriculum and Operations teams in implementing the developed curriculum and assessments
- Determine appropriate teaching methodologies and pedagogical approaches for music and drama education
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and improve curriculum programs
- Participate in curriculum-related meetings and discussions
- Monitor and support the implementation of curriculum plans across projects and schools
Requirements
- Fluency in English is required
- Experience teaching Music and Drama in schools, learning centres, or educational institutions
- Strong understanding of music and drama curriculum development, lesson planning, and assessment design
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about arts education, creative, adaptable, and able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- A degree in Music, Performing Arts, Theatre, Education, or related fields is a big plus
