Job description for Merchandising at Natural Farm
Requirements:
- Max 30 Years Old
- Bachelor’s Degree major in Marketing, Communication, Bussiness, or equivalent
- Preferably 3 years experience in retail company, e-commerce or related positions
- Fluent in Englist, both oral and writing
- Great Communication and negotiation skills
- Able to maintain awareness of competitors performance
- Arranging meeting with suppliers and managing the distribution of stock, by negotiation cost prices, ordering stock, agreeing timescales and delivery dates and completing the necessary paperwork
Responsibilities:
- Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans in conjunction with buyers
- Forecasting profits and sales, and optimizing the sales volume and profitability of designated product areas
- Controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season
- Analyzing every aspect of bestsellers (for exemple, the best-selling price point, colors or styles) and ensuring that they reach their full potential
- Analyzing the previous season’s sales and reporting on the current season’s lines
- Identifying production and supply difficulties and dealing with any problem or delays as they arise
