- Bachelor's Degree in any major

- Minimum 2 years experience in clothing industry retail

- Managing inventory: This includes monitoring stock levels, reordering products as needed, and identifying slow-moving or excess inventory. Create and send detailed confirmation order and purchase orders for finished goods and materials.
- Analyzing sales data and customer feedback: This includes using data to identify trends, make decisions on product assortment and pricing, and adjust the overall strategy as needed. Create and present useful reports for proposing additional stock of finished goods & materials.
- Collaborating with other departments: This includes working closely with other departments such as marketing, operations and e-commerce teams to ensure that all efforts are aligned.
- Budget management: This includes working within a budget to ensure that expenses are kept in line with sales and profitability goals. Continuously looking for cheaper alternatives in raw materials, packaging, etc.
- Stock opname accessories once a month
- Managing and mentoring a team: This includes leading a team of fashion merchandisers and providing guidance and mentorship to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Sales analysis and customer feedback: This includes using data to identify trends, make decisions on product assortment and pricing, and adjust the overall strategy as needed.
