Merchandiser (PPIC) & E-Commerce Marketing

Miniletics is a start-up sports apparel company that sells women’s sportswear directly to consumers through the internet (E-Commerce). We are building a brand through digital channel. Our mission is to make aesthetic, functional, fashionable product to assist athletes/consumers sports activities.

In joining miniletics, you will be a key member of the Merchandising and E-Commerce Marketing team; who’s responsibility is to help deliver commercial success for miniletics through accurate merchandise planning and maximising sales whilst avoiding excess inventory. Further, you will also be the product marketing which job is to be the product expert (information, description, and function) and market the product through online channel.
Merchandising work closely with marketing, data and operations. Merchandiser’s responsibility is to define our product strategy and deliver seasonal ranges.
· Forecast and create sales strategy through commercial campaign/promotion/discount, or vouchers
· Create commercial campaign calendar (promotion) and in-line with the brand values
· Measure forecast accuracies, maintain inventory level and use learnings to improve future predictions.
· Create ‘exciting’ product names that represents the function of the product
· Be responsible for ensuring on-time delivery on each product post order confirmation to enable successful launch dates
· Support end-to-end production of style for product launch until shipment
· Execute all merchandising operations and administrations including vendor communications, stock holding and on-time delivery for every confirmed order.
· Product launch planning and assist project manager for catalog-photoshoot for making photo/video asset
· Having a regular focus on reporting and analytics, across web traffic channels, product performance, and purchasing/browsing behavior, and working with our data analytics team on how to transform the data for action plans and strategy
· Build and manage relationship with Tokopedia/Shopee/Lazada/others' Key Account Manager and communicate for marketplace campaigns
· Work closely with CEO and Logistics teams to deliver inventory availability at all times.
· You will need to identify trading patterns, quickly highlighting strong/weak sellers and work with the appropriate teams across the business to create actions and capitalize on sales potential or minimize inventory risk.
· Fresh graduates are welcome or Previous experience in merchandising-role is preferred
· Ability to deal with large excel spreadsheets, easily summarizing the information and pulling out the key takeaways and recommendations. (Excel certifications is preferred)
· You must love women sportswear and fashion
· Able to easily recognize data/sale trends and draw up the necessary conclusions for future actions (Analytical thinking skill)
· Very strong numerically and commercially minded.
· Be naturally time conscious and KPI driven to attain deadlines
· A growth mindset and love new challenges as business grows
· High attention for detail
· Have experience working in a business that has experienced rapid growth
· A similar industry background; either sports/fashion apparel or E-Commerce
