Job description for Merchandiser Manager at DWI KRAFI | LASKALA BATIK GROUP

Kualifikasi Umum:

Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang Merchandising / Product Development di industri fashion retail

Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun di posisi managerial

Memahami trend fashion, customer behavior, dan dinamika retail market

Berpengalaman dalam pengembangan produk fashion (end-to-end) serta pengelolaan lifecycle produk

Mampu menyusun dan mengeksekusi strategi merchandising (assortment, pricing, dan stock planning)

Berpengalaman dalam vendor management serta proses buying end-to-end

Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi dan pengambilan keputusan yang kuat

Mampu menganalisa performa produk (sell-through, margin, stock level) dan menentukan action plan

Terbiasa melakukan koordinasi lintas departemen serta mengelola stakeholder

Memiliki kemampuan leadership, coaching, dan team management

Memiliki time management yang baik, adaptif, dan mampu bekerja dengan target timeline

Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas apabila diperlukan

Tanggung Jawab :

Mengelola proses pengembangan produk (product development) sesuai kebutuhan pasar dan tren fashion

Melakukan analisa tren fashion sebagai dasar pengembangan produk

Melakukan koordinasi terkait pemesanan dan pengiriman barang dengan vendor/supplier

Menjalin, membangun, dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan vendor, termasuk vendor luar negeri

Mengelola proses buyer secara end-to-end (dokumentasi, pengadaan, hingga penerimaan barang)

Melakukan negosiasi harga, kualitas, dan timeline dengan vendor

Menyusun strategi pembelian yang efektif untuk menjaga keseimbangan antara cost, kualitas, dan kebutuhan pasar

Melakukan analisa data dan performa produk untuk mendukung keputusan bisnis dan stock planning

Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (design, marketing, warehouse, dan sales) untuk kelancaran proses pengembangan dan distribusi produk

Memastikan ketersediaan produk sesuai kebutuhan operasional retail dan e-commerce
