Tanggung Jawab Utama

Melakukan perbaikan dan perawatan mesin
Melakukan pengelasan mesin
Melakukan pengontrolan pemakaian dan membuat laporan bulanan pemakaian spare part.
Melakukan preventive maintenance dan improvement secara terus menerus terhadap kondisi mesin; Menyusun, mengevaluasi dan me-maintain master list perawatan-tahunan mesin.
Bersama dengan tim manajemen menerapkan Quality Mindset dan program 5-S kepada seluruh karyawan.

Keterampilan, Kualifikasi, dan Pengalaman

Pendidikan minimal SMK/STM Sederajat
Mampu Melakukan perbaikan dan perawatan mesin
Mempunyai pengalaman pengelasan mesin (Lebih Diutamakan)
Tidak buta warna
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik sehingga mampu bekerjasama dalam tim
Dapat bekerja di bawah tekanan, efektif dalam bertindak dan menyukai tantangan (target produksi).
Memiliki attitude yang baik, disiplin, bersedia bekerja dalam pola shift-to-shift; dan detail terhadap sesuatu,
Bersedia penempatan di Bandar Lampung (Lebih Diutamakan)
