Job description:
· Coordinating medical assistance and emergency medical evacuations
· Providing operational support for growing Third-Party Administrator (TPA) operations
· Making medical appointments and arranging hospital admissions, attending to client requests and complaints, liaising with panel doctors and hospitals
· Responsible for submission of monthly/ad-hoc reports to stakeholders
· Managing system enhancement projects
· Providing basic IT support for operational processes
· Responsibility for information security and business continuity planning
· Ad-hoc duties/projects as assigned
Job requirements:
· University or polytechnic graduate
· Be on roster for after-hours standby and Saturday duty
· Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Be able to take initiative and work independently
· Be resourceful and have strong problem-solving skills
