- Analyze competitor's strategies
- Analyze and Monitor Marketing performances from various platform to draw key recommendations for future contents
- Monitor Consumer Behavior & shape their journey
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on Marketing performance
- Work together with Content Production team to provide insights for more engaging and strategic content
- Suggest recommendations to A/B test marketing strategies or campaigns for optimal results
- Able to communicate brand identity effectively
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in social media and in the education industry
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, or related
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Marketing field
- Thorough understanding of Marketing elements (including Traditional and Digital Marketing such as SEO/social media etc.) and market research methods
- Have a passion for Education
- Deep understanding of Consumer Behavior
- Ability to take initiative and be proactive
- Exhibit experience in marketing data analytics/tools i.e. Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Copywriting skill is a plus
- Willing to work in Bandung
