Job description for Marketing Specialist (Event Marketing) at 99 Group
- Develop, implement and track marketing programs focused on creating events (online & offline) and partnerships, as well as social media, emails, digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product, sales, performance marketing, customer marketing) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
- Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
- Develop and create marketing materials and ensure brand guidelines are met
- Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content
- Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
- Proven experience as a marketing specialist or a similar role at least 2 years
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as /Social media, etc.) and market research methods
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with marketing software is a plus
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
- BSc/BA in marketing, communications, or equivalent
