Job description for Marketing Manager at Rpat Pte Ltd
As a marketing manager, you will report to the company Director and work closely with the various departments.
You will be fully involved in the planning and execution of marketing plans and strategies. This includes creating short & long term marketing plans, analysing market trends, and proposing new ideas.
You will be critical in promoting our company brand and managing the Marketing Team. Additional responsibilities include budgeting, special projects and other business requirements.
- Develop and execute the full spectrum of marketing plans
- Drive engagement campaigns and activities such as events in collaboration with the Business Development team
- Assist marketing team with digital marketing campaigns, including website, social media, content marketing and digital advertising.
- Create and update sales and marketing materials within brand guidelines
- Oversee management of social media accounts
- Train and supervise the marketing team
- Plan marketing budgets and strategies with the management
Requirements
• You must have at least 3-4 years of experience in the marketing field
• Strong knowledge in conceptualism, planning and execution of marketing activities
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods
• Management experience
• Familiar with social media and web analytics
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• Creativity and commercial awareness
