Job description for Marketing Manager at Mummys Market Pte Ltd
About Us
Mummys Market is one of Singapore's established parenting and family platforms, connecting brands with parents through exhibitions, events, digital channels and community engagement. We work with brands across baby care, healthcare, education, FMCG and lifestyle sectors, helping them reach the right audiences and create meaningful connections with families.
We're expanding into Home Market — a new consumer home and lifestyle vertical that takes our exhibition and digital platform model into a fresh category. This role leads the marketing for it from the start.
About the Role
Lead integrated and performance marketing for our Home Market vertical — a growing consumer home and lifestyle business spanning digital platforms and exhibitions, alongside our established parenting platform. You will turn business priorities into focused campaigns that build the brand, attract relevant audiences and convert interest into registrations, enquiries and participation. This is a hands-on leadership role combining commercial judgement, creative direction and disciplined execution.
Because this is an expansion, you'll be shaping the marketing playbook rather than inheriting one — including what the vertical's brand and audience position are. You'll report directly to [hiring manager] with no layer in between, and a campaign you sign off on Monday can be live by the end of the week.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the marketing strategy, audience segmentation, positioning and campaign calendar across brand, paid media, social, content, email and partnerships.
- Own full-funnel performance marketing across relevant channels such as Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads, connecting paid acquisition, lead capture, follow-up and conversion.
- Manage marketing budgets, channel allocation and spending pace; set acquisition and conversion objectives and optimise investment against results.
- Lead audience targeting, retargeting and structured tests of creative, offers and landing pages to improve conversion and acquisition efficiency.
- Direct agencies, freelancers and internal contributors through clear briefs, priorities, timelines and quality standards; resolve delivery issues early.
- Shape website and app launch campaigns and user journeys; work with technology partners on conversion tracking and attribution, and interpret measurement limitations.
- Work closely with sales, business development and operations on exhibitor and partner marketing, audience development and on-site campaign delivery.
- Build practical AI-assisted and automated workflows for research, content production, campaign operations and reporting, retaining human review of accuracy, brand fit and data handling.
- Report cost per lead and acquisition (CPL and CPA), lead quality and conversion rates; evaluate return on ad spend (ROAS) where sales are reliably attributable.
What You'll Own
- The launch playbook. Home Market has no inherited marketing plan — you'll define the positioning, the audience strategy and the channel mix for a vertical that's starting fresh.
- The campaign calendar. You decide what runs, in what order, and what comes off the plan — within agreed budget limits.
- Budget and channel mix. You manage spend across channels and set the pace at which it's deployed, adjusting as results come in.
- The brief. You set the standard for creative and delivery, and you hold agencies and contributors to it.
- The performance read. Your assessment of what worked goes directly to leadership. You won't be writing reports for someone else to interpret.
What You Bring
- Typically 4–6 years or more in marketing, with proven ownership of integrated campaigns and measurable results; relevant achievements matter more than a fixed tenure.
- Proven performance marketing results, with hands-on paid campaign experience, strong analytical and budget skills, and sound understanding of tracking, attribution, content and CRM.
- Ability to turn commercial goals into clear briefs, persuasive messaging and realistic delivery plans, while managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Practical use of AI and automation to improve speed and quality, with good judgement on verification, confidentiality and when human input is essential.
- Clear writing, strong organisation and confidence making decisions in a fast-moving environment. Experience in consumer platforms, exhibitions, retail or home and lifestyle is an advantage.
- Comfortable building something with limited precedent — we want someone who acts, not someone who waits for permission.
What Success Looks Like
Reliable integrated campaigns, consistent brand communication and measurable improvements in qualified audience acquisition, conversion and return on marketing investment — and a Home Market vertical with a repeatable acquisition engine rather than one-off campaigns.
The Arrangement
- Reporting: Directly to Director of Operations, with no layer in between.
- Scope: Lead marketing for the Home Market vertical, working alongside the team running our established parenting platform.
- Team: You'll direct the executives and virtual assistants.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Closed on public holidays.
- Tools and budget: Ownership of the Home Market marketing budget from day one, with access to analytics platform, CRM and AI tools.
- Growth: This role grows into Senior Marketing Manager as the vertical and team expand.
- How we work: One team, one set of numbers. A campaign you approve on Monday can be live by the end of the week.
Application
Interested applicants should submit their resume and highlight their experience owning integrated campaigns, managing paid acquisition, and delivering measurable results.
