Job description for Marketing Manager at Pt Indopasifik Indahtama
- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.

- Experimenting with a variety of organic and paid acquisiton channels like contentcreation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity,social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
- Producing valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts andconverts our target groups.
- Building strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies andvendors.
- Developing and managing the marketing budget, and conducting timely evaluationto warranty wise allocation.
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copybrochures and case studies.
- Measure and report on the perfomance of marketing campaigns, gain insight andassess against goals.
- Analyzing consumer behaviour and adjust online and offline campaigns accordingly.
- Managing the marketing department’s staff.
- Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly and annual reports to seniormanagement.
- Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
- BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field.
- A master degree in a relevant field will be advantegeous.
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attituderequired to learn.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising andleading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight,Omniture, WebTrends)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metricsand processing figures with spreadsheets.
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing andmeasurement.
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
