Job description for Marketing Lead at More Media Jakarta
- Marketing Intelligence, analyze competitor activity and industry trend
- Leverage analytics to examine customer insights and consumer trends, establish positioning and identify target audience to set up successful marketing plans
- Optimise advertising and digital marketing campaigns, carefully identifying the most effective channel and calibrating as needed to achieve the company’s strategic objectives
- Guide the planning and execution of all branding, website content, social media, and marketing campaigns including, but not limited to, product launches, collaterals and digital campaigns
- Plan and implement 360 integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, product awareness, and purchase intentMonitor and Evaluate all marketing campaigns and propose recommendations to get better results.
- Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
- Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
- Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy, marketing, or operational roles, preferably in a ‘startup and agency’ environment.
- Leadership experience in leading 1 - 2 team members (is a must)
- Bachelor’s degree related to marketing, business, economics, or communications.
- Former product marketing experience preferred.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- A history (and preference) of being both strategic and execution-oriented.
- Serious attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Proactive, energetic, and relentless in the pursuit of moving the needle.
- A hunger to beat the competition.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-performing team environment.
