Job description for Marketing Intern at PT Staff Link Solutions
Requirements:
• Able to work on-site (WFO) in Seminyak
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, or social media platforms is a plus
• Own a motorbike for commuting
• Working Hours: 08:30 – 17:00
• Working Days: 6 days per week
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify potential clients, business opportunities, and target markets
• Generate and qualify leads through online research, social media, email, and other marketing channels
• Assist in preparing marketing proposals, presentations, and promotional materials
• Support business development activities, including client outreach and follow-ups
• Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate new business
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends and opportunities
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare simple reports
• Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned by Management
• Assist with social media content creation and basic graphic design when required
