WE’RE HIRING — Marketing Executive (Brand Marketing)
Grogol, West Jakarta | Full-time, WFO
LEKA is home to several fast-growing consumer brands across home electronics (LEKA), travel gear (LEKAGo), oral care (Veska), and pet care (LEKA Paws). We are looking for a Marketing Executive who is proactive, organized, and hands-on in executing offline marketing initiatives, brand activations, exhibitions, and retail branding to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Execute offline marketing campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, and brand activations
- Coordinate booth setup, merchandising, and retail branding execution
- Work with vendors, event organizers, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and partnership activations
- Monitor campaign execution and manage marketing assets & POSM
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in brand, trade, event, or offline marketing
- Strong coordination, communication, and project management skills
- Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
- Willing to travel for events and market visits when required
