Job description
Incumbent will be supporting digital team in artwork creation as well as to assist in operations for e-commerce.
Main Accountabilities
CREATIVE SUPPORT
- To resize create artwork for banners/ product images on e-commerce (including marketplace, retailer’s e-com platforms, Sulwhasoo & HERA Beauty e-Lounge)
- To support marketing team in creation of assets such as posters, leaflets, DM etc
- Work with marketing team to create assets for social platforms
DIGITAL
- Assist in ensuring accurate information is posted in marketplace
- Support e-commerce platforms operations
- Work with Digital Executive in all aspects of e-commerce operations
OTHER
- Analysis of competitors
- Manage paperwork submission
- Support in ad hoc projects and duties from time to time
- Supporting BGM in presentation materials and other adhoc tasks
Key Experience & Skill Set
- Fresh graduates in business/marketing/communications/digital media with less than 1 year working experience
- Strong interest in design work
- Passion for beauty industry
- Knowledge of Photoshop, microsoft office, or design software mandatory
- Eye for detail and flair for copywriting
- SNS Savvy
- Excellent team player and independent worker. Able to follow and execute both verbal and written instructions;
- Demonstrate highest level of professionalism, independent, self-reliant, self-motivated and ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines without supervision.
- Strong project management skills to complete tasks with accuracy and with attention to details. Must consistently meet tight deadlines, completing tasks as previously define
