Job description for Marketing Coordinator (Contract to Perm) at Fitness First Singapore Pte Ltd
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate marketing activations for above-the-line and on digital touch points such as external events, in-club, social media engagements, and other marketing activities.
- Maintain industry relevancy by identifying, analysing and staying up-to-date with the latest digital trends and best practices;
- Manage project deadlines and necessary deliverables to ensure they are met;
- Maintain good relationships and liaise with various internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution of projects;
- Manage the production of all necessary collaterals and/or products necessary for the projects;
- Prepare post-project reports and further analyse the opportunity to expand or improve the ROI;
- Take on any other responsibility as assigned by the Manager
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Higher NITEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent;
- Demonstrates initiative, has an eye for detail and an efficient team player;
- Possesses strong oral and written communication & interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work under pressure, short deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Prior experience in event planning, vendor management and passionate about fitness will be advantageous
