Job description for Marketing Communications Executive (open for Senior level) at Everest Education
- Stay updated on relevant cultural/social trends and customers’ views and attitudes;
- Undertake content and audience research tasks set by the Content Strategist, using various market insights, social listening tools;
- Contribute to monthly content planning sessions and brainstorming new ideas;
- In charge of monthly and weekly content calendar and database;
- Create copywriting and design briefs for contents across channels, including our owned media channels - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, website, blog, fanpages, newsletter, POSM’s, etc.;
- Coordinate with internal data & insight specialists for reports;
- Set up and monitor social media marketing campaigns, including metrics & KPIs;
- Work with our network of influencers and ambassadors for various content collabs;
- Write and/or edit video script, or collaborate with our Head of Content Marketing and external partners to execute on on-going content marketing campaigns;
- Ensure marketing activities and marketing materials to follow brand guidelines;
- Help coordinate various ongoing conversations with external media partners to ensure campaign success;
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Coach and mentor at least 01 Junior staff;
- Oversee at least one of the key department projects.
- At least 2 years of experience as a content writer, content editor, or content marketing executive;
- At least basic knowledge (or 1+ year of experience preferred) of SEO (Search Engine Optimization);
- Social media native - understand various social media formats & strategies - writing caption that engages audience, hashtags, CTAs, social media ad metrics;
- Understand and can set up social media marketing campaigns according to campaign goals;
- Fluent in writing and communicating in English and Vietnamese;
- Interested in education and love copy-writing.
