Job description for Marketing Communication Manager at Padma Hotel Semarang
- Developing creative marketing materials and in house promotion following the latest trend in accordance with brand standard and guest demographic
- Develop marketing materials for promotional events, property tools, and conferences
- Prepare letters, invitations, press releases, spreadsheet, database system, or presentation
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
- Ability to build relationships & networking for job-related function internally and externally
- Support media relations outreach efforts, including pitching ideas and events, interview facilitation and media tours, assist on-site media relations for local events, hosting visits from media.
- Collaborate with third parties: celebrities, media (online and offline) bloggers, digital influencers and communitites including other related departments to support departmental goals
- Administrative skills including analyzing digital marketing statistical data and preparing periodical report
- Prepare a complete periodical report by capturing and anayzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices
- Administrative skills including filing information and update press database, including list of all media contacts and media distribution lists (e.g., contact information, magazine circulation and demographics)
- Domestic travel as required
- Standard workweek is minimum with 40 hours / week as per government regulation
- Employee is expected and required to work weekend or evening as needed to successfully execute role
