Marketing Associate/Analyst (Fresh Grad)

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a creative Marketer to join the Quest Team as a core team member. More than just creating campaigns and knowing the latest lingo, you are expected to be able to lead a team. You should be entrepreneurial and wish to pursue a career in a consumer technology start-up. What you’ll do:

• Work closely with the Marketing Lead in developing functional plans (e.g. paid, digital, social, partnerships, etc.)
• Manage monthly content calendars for Quest’s social media platforms
• Gather marketing campaign data and trends, and evaluating short and long term performances of marketing campaigns
• Create engaging content assets for various channels (e.g. social media, email, etc.)
• Manage our ambassador programme and play an essential role in our core creative strategy which helps us get people talking about Quest
• Monitor and keep abreast of relevant social media trends and make use of relevant tools eg. SEMrush
• Deploy marketing strategies in collaboration with other teams for cross-functional initiatives

What we are looking for:

• Candidates who have recently graduated from university or is graduating in the next 6 months
• Good knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google/FB Ads Manager).
• An eye for creativity with good writing, editorial and proofreading skills. If you have a knack for coming up with gen-z copywriting lingo, we'd love you. ✨
• Fluency with social media channels ie. Instagram and TikTok.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a high-paced environment.
• You’re a highly-driven individual with the knack to learn on the fly, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experiences in an incubator, or established startup would be an advantage.
• Role is convertible to Marketing Co-Lead
