About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join us as a Marketing & Sales professional. In this full-time role based in the Central Region, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive new business and increase sales revenue for the company. As part of a collaborative team, you will play a key role in achieve our commercial objectives. High energy and driven applicants will be good for this role.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print and events
- Generating high-quality sales leads through targeted marketing activities
- Analysing marketing data and performance metrics to continuously optimise campaign
- Being part of the sales team to achieve marketing activities and business development goals
- Creating compelling marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations and website content
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to improve the marketing strategy and grow sales.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or sales role, in any industry, if you have more experience that is ok.
- Strong analytical skills and people skills and able to read the room.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in using AI tools and Social media tools
- Creative flair and a proven track record of delivering impactful marketing and sales content
- Diploma or Degree in any field will be considered.
