Job description for Marketing & Partnerships Manager at Bizsquare Management Consultants Pte Ltd
Marketing:
• Create comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with the company’s/client's overall marketing objectives. This includes determining target audiences, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), and selecting appropriate digital channels and tactics
• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and drive traffic to the company's and clients’ website or other digital assets
• Develop lead generation strategies to drive more sales and leads for the company and clients
• Develop engaging and valuable content for various digital platforms, such as websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, design, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Collaborating with external vendors, agencies, or partners for specialized services like SEO, or paid advertising
Video Editing and Content Creation
- The candidate needs to have video editing skill and content creation skills to plan and create social media reels and video.
- The video will be use on youtube , LinkedIn, tik tok and Instagram for attracting more awareness and build brand.
- Seeking new creative ways to improve our social media presence.
Partnerships:
• Providing exceptional business matching services, ensuring successful partnerships between Singaporean SMEs and Indonesian businesses
• Engage Singaporean SMEs professionally, understanding their unique needs, and presenting suitable partnership opportunities persuasively and eloquently
• Leverage your extensive network and interpersonal skills to establish meaningful connections in diverse industries, fostering successful business partnerships
• Conduct detailed market research, particularly focusing on the Indonesian economy and various sectors, enabling strategic decision-making for our clients
Requirements
• Excellent in English written and communication skills. Understanding Chinese is an advantage.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their respective best practices
• Need to know how to shoot and edit videos. Coming out with new content for social media.
• Basic graphic design skills and experience using Adobe Suite (eg. Illustrator/Photoshop) and Canva, Adobe Premier pro and capcut.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Mature and positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Able to adhere to milestones and deliverables, strong time management skills
• Experience in working for the Singapore or International market is a strong advantage
• Preferably based in Jakarta
