Job description for Marketing and Operations Intern at r y e
- Work with the team to create effective campaigns through a range of marketing activities (i.e. press release, promotions, EDMs, social media, digital ads, events)
- Assist in managing r y e's social media platforms and marketing activities, including planning the marketing and social media calendar
- Assist in weekly/monthly data and performance analysis to identify business risks and opportunities
- Manage influencer outreach initiatives including identifying potential partners and assisting in the creation of PR kits
- Assist in managing the operations of our e-commerce and offline retail channels
- Assist in product listing and the fulfilment of sales orders
- Conduct monthly stock audits to ensure accuracy of data in inventory management system
- Propose and manage strategies for allocation of stocks across selling channels
- Consolidate feedback from retail sales team and provide support on the sales floor (ad-hoc basis)
- An affable team player who takes initiative, is enthusiastic, and self-motivated
- Customer-centric and has a keen interest in the fashion industry
- Possesses knowledge of basic Marketing principles and has a good foundation in Microsoft Excel; proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a bonus
- Prior work experience in retail/e-commerce platform/inventory management system will be advantageous
