Job description for Marketing and Operations Intern at Finix Wear
- Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy of data in POS and inventory management system
- Create and analyse weekly/monthly sales and product performance reports to improve product sell-through; identify inventory risks and opportunities
- Manage allocation of stocks across all selling channels
- Propose and implement replenishment and stock allocation strategies to maximise sales and reach KPI
- Handle onboarding process across all of our sales channels
- Manage the operations of our e-commerce and offline retail channels
- Consolidate qualitative feedback for reporting on consumer/competitor/retail trends; identify customer pain points for improvement
- Manage and maintain productive relationships with retail partners
- Assist in the fulfillment of sales orders and product listing
- Propose and create creative and compelling email marketing content and campaigns based on the company's marketing and promotions.
- Propose an email marketing calendar and ensure eDMs are disseminated in a timely and regular manner.
- Consolidate campaign performance and propose opportunities to enhance better click-through rate and conversions.
- Work with digital marketing agency to develop target-specific web content and onboard new features/apps/web coding to enhance customer’s overall buying experience on Finix’s website.
- Influencer outreach, negotiation and contracting to ensure an optimal outcome for the brand.
- Build and maintain constructive relationships with key influencers and KOLs that maximize ROI and achieve campaign KPIs.
- Propose new and creative ways to engage new and existing influencers for key marketing campaigns and collorations.
- Oversee influencer generated branded content to ensure their content and quality aligns with the brand, campaign timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of influencer marketing campaigns for strategic decisions and improvements.
- Constantly be on the lookout for emerging/potential influencers to partner.
- Update and manage the Company’s overall event marketing calendar
- Research and propose key events/activities and parnterships that the Company can get involved in/participate to drive greater visibility and awareness of the brand (and increase sales) – e.g. brand collaborations, trunk shows, pop ups, festivals, event sponsorships etc.
- Oversee and manage all administration, logistics and content requirements for these events and partnership.
- Assist in Finix's social media platforms, including content planning, creation and community management.
- Assist in the consolidation of data for analysis; propose opportunities to grow reach and revenue.
- Work with the team to create effective campaigns through a range of marketing activities (i.e. press release, promotions, EDMs, social media, digital ads, events) when required.
- Provide support for various marketing initiatives when needed.
