Job description for Marketing & Business Manager at PANELOGUE
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a business-minded marketing lead to spearhead the next level of growth for the company to develop a new range of lifestyle products targeted at young homeowners.
What You Will Learn
You will take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every aspect of the product's journey. Working with a cross-functional team across sales, product, business and design, you will help to shape the product from initial design and prototyping stages to positioning and external communications.
This is an exciting role where you will be involved in the product development from ground-up.
Job Description
- Collaborate with designers to develop and launch new products. Be involved in concept, prototyping, pricing, naming, marketing and placement.
- Define marketing strategies and execute go-to-market plans to launch new products.
- Develop content for catalogues, collaterals and sales decks based on requirements from the sales team.
- Take charge of Panelogue’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn or others).
- Manage and update content on the company’s website as required.
- Track and understand key business metrics to understand buyer behaviour and communicate the findings or best practices to the team.
- Be the main liaison between sales, production and logistics to ensure that orders and projects are fulfilled.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years equivalent practical experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational and analytical skills with the ability to evolve marketing strategy based on research, data and industry trends.
- Experience developing consumer products for retail or e-commerce (lifestyle / technology / furniture) will be an added advantage.
- An entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about Interior Design / Architecture / Product Design is a plus.
- Basic skills in AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign is preferred.
