Job description for Mandarin Speaker at PT. Aera Indonesian Projects
- Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
- Place orders, oversee quality control, and keep track of shipments.
- Ensure orders are processed on time and delivered on time
- Work with fulfillment centers to ensure fast delivery to customers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with manufacturers, fulfillment centers, vendors, etc.
- Communicate in Mandarin and translate documents to/from Mandarin
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams
- Suggest solutions for process improvements
- Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Work with finance, sales, and operations team to determine best vendors and distributors
- Build and maintain good relationships with vendors
- Proficiency in English & Mandarin (other languages a plus) with strong interpersonal & professional skill
- At least two years experience as supply chain/purchasing supervisor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google suite; must have a laptop & know the computer
