1. Site Operations Management
-Supervise daily parking activities at all assigned locations, including entry/exit flow, and payment collection.
-Ensure parking equipment (barriers, dispenser, LPR cameras, etc) are functioning properly and coordinate with technical teams for repairs.
-Monitor occupancy rates and adjust staffing or traffic flow strategies as needed.
2. Team Leadership & Training
-Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate site supervisors and parking attendants.
-Conduct regular briefings on customer service, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
-Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork.
3. Revenue & Reporting
-Oversee cashless and cash payment collections, reconcile daily reports, and investigate discrepancies.
-Prepare operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly) including revenue, utilization, incidents, and staff attendance.
-Implement loss prevention measures to reduce revenue leakage.
4. Customer & Client Relations
-Act as the primary point of contact for property managers and building owners regarding operational issues.
-Handle escalated customer complaints (e.g., overcharging, ticketing errors, lost tickets) promptly and professionally.
-Conduct regular client meetings to review performance metrics and address concerns.
5. Safety, Security & Compliance
-Ensure all sites comply with health, safety, and fire regulations (e.g., clear signage, lighting, emergency access).
-Develop and enforce parking rules (disabled bays, no-parking zones, time limits).
6. Process Improvement
-Identify inefficiencies in traffic flow, payment processes, or staffing and recommend solutions.
-Collaborate with the Business Development team to integrate new parking technology (e.g., automated license plate recognition, mobile payment apps).
-Lead special projects such as new site openings or temporary event parking management.
7.Emergency Response
-Be on-call for after-hours emergencies (equipment failure, accidents, power outages) and coordinate immediate corrective actions.
-Prepare incident reports and implement preventive measures.
