* Willing to be placed/transferred according to company needs
* Able to operate Google Platform (Google Sheets, Docs, & PowerPoint)
* Understanding basic AI usage and prompt creation will be an advantage
š JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Manage the Detektif Penipuan Instagram account on a day-to-day basis.
2. Develop and execute creative content ideas related to scams, fraud, crime tactics, and digital safety.
3. Conduct research on trending cases, news, and relevant information to develop into engaging content.
4. Write content scripts, captions, headlines/hooks, and CTAs.
5. Schedule and publish Instagram content.
6. Monitor Instagram trends, content formats, and audience behavior to keep the account relevant and engaging.
7. Monitor Instagram Insights/Analytics and evaluate content performance.
8. Prepare regular reports on account growth and content performance.
9. Provide strategic recommendations to improve reach, engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
10. Ensure content is accurate, informative, easy to understand, and based on credible sources.
ā REQUIREMENTS
1. Previous experience managing an Instagram account.
2.Good understanding of Instagram Feed, Carousel, and other Instagram content formats.
3. Basic copywriting skills.
4. Creative and capable of creating strong hooks, headlines, and content angles.
5. Strong research skills with the ability to identify and use credible and reliable sources.
6. Basic understanding of Instagram Insights/Analytics.
7. Up-to-date with Instagram trends, content formats, and audience behavior.
8. Strong attention to detail, especially when handling information related to scams and digital safety.
9. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.

- Experience in Social Media, Content Creation, Copywriting, Digital Marketing, or Media.
- Understanding of content strategy and social media analytics.
- Portfolio or examples of Instagram content previously created or managed.
- Interest in cybersecurity, scam awareness, fraud prevention, or digital safety.
