Job description for Management Associate Consultant at LKS Private Wealth
We are seeking a driven and personable Management Associate Consultant to join our Private Wealth practice. You will work closely with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals and their businesses, delivering bespoke wealth and investment solutions while building the technical and relationship-management skills needed for a long-term career in private wealth consultancy.
This role offers structured, hands-on development, including one-to-one mentorship, a rigorous training curriculum, and direct exposure to both private banking and corporate consultancy work - designed to fast-track your growth into a senior consultant.
Job Description
- Build and maintain relationships with UHNW individuals and their businesses
- Provide bespoke investment advice and manage discretionary portfolios
- Liaise with private banks to optimize client solutions
- Establish and advise on Single Family Offices (SFOs) and Multi Family Offices (MFOs)
- Offer strategic planning for generational wealth transfer
- Deliver high-net-worth insurance solutions tailored to client needs
- Assist with trust structures, buy-sell agreements, and tax optimization strategies
- Implement asset ring-fencing and risk mitigation strategies
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Prior experience in Management Consultancy, Banking, Finance, Asset Management, Trust, or Insurance is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse stakeholders
- High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to drive results independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin would be preferred to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and business partners from China
