📌 Job Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all maintenance activities to ensure production assets, utilities, and infrastructure are safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective.
• Develop long-term reliability roadmap (3–5 years), annual operating plan, and monthly priorities.
• Manage asset life-cycle: criticality assessment, renewal/refurbishment plans, repair vs. replace decisions.
• Implement preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs (vibration, thermography, oil analysis, ultrasound, etc.).
• Respond to breakdowns, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Oversee spare parts, tools, and technical procurement, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary maintenance team (mechanical, electrical, automation).
• Control maintenance budgets, optimize life-cycle costs, and improve energy efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations, enforce safety leadership, and manage contractors effectively.
🎯 Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in industrial maintenance/engineering within heavy manufacturing (foundry, steel, metal processing, or pipe manufacturing preferred).
• At least 4–6 years of leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary maintenance teams.
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics, machine safety.
• Proficiency in CMMS and enterprise systems, with ability to analyze downtime, costs, and inventory data.
• Practical knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements and document control.
• Working proficiency in English for technical documents, supplier communication, audits, and reporting. Chinese is a plus.
• Preferred certifications: Maintenance/Reliability, Lean/Six Sigma, Project Management, Energy Management.
