Location: 5 Sunview Road
Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon – Fri)
Salary: $2500 - $3000
Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily inbound and outbound sample orders
- Responsible for checking and tallying all outbound physical items to ensure accurate matches with orders
- Liaising with overseas counterparts to ensure requirements are fulfilled
- Responsible for decision making on the right dispatch service to use to meet timelines
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
- Light pick and pack of samples as required
Requirements
- Singaporean applicants only.
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level, 'O' Level, or equivalent qualification.
- Able to communicate effectively in simple written and spoken English.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
- Willing to perform light picking and packing duties when required.
- Prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or order processing is an advantage.
